This position will involve responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints, processing premium payments, quoting and re-quote existing and new auto and home insurance business, claim report handling and basic office work.
Hours will be either 10-3 or 11-4 daily Basic duties will include but are not limited to:
Analyze customer's complaints and recommend solutions.
Perform Annual policy reviews Speak with customers on the telephone and provide information on the company's products and services.
Understand the company's insurance policies and products and be able to tell whether a policy covers a type of loss or not.
Communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients.
Send email, mail, and other forms of correspondences to customers.
Receive reports of claims.
Assist clients in the filling of policy documents and contact them whenever any error is discovered, or when it needs to be corrected.
Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers.
Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
Maintain strong clientele relationship with customers.
Answer phones and assist with policy questions Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities As an employee at Sanviti you will need to possess the following qualities, skills, abilities, and knowledge:
Ability to multi-task.
Understanding of Special Agent CRM software Strong interpersonal and phone skills are a must Ability to handle and pacify difficult customers.
Effective communication skills - both verbal and written.
Must always be friendly and willing to provide assistance to others.
A good memory for data and details.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Strong attention to detail A good listener with sound judgment.
He/she must be able to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.
