Job DescriptionThe Encore Boston Harbor Specialist - Domestic Marketing will be responsible for performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
Specific responsibilities include data entry, group and promotion loading, coupon creations, scheduling meetings, facilitating internal and external correspondence, note taking, and department record keeping.

Responsibilities:
oFollows all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards.
oActively contributes to the departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.
oFollows all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls.
oKeeps informed of all new developments within the department.
oBalances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
oFields telephone calls using professional phone etiquette, receives and assists visitors, uses word processing, and creates spreadsheets and presentationsoAssists with all aspects of administrative management, human resources related matters, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage.
oManages inventory of assets and supplies, monitors critical level of stocks, sources for suppliers and submits invoice(s).
oCoordinates between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
oSchedules and coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
oSends out and receiving mail and packages; document handling, sending faxes, and managing files.
oPrepares business correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
oPrepares meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials.
oWorks on special projects as assigned by executive management.
oWorks with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
oMaintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
oPerforms any other job-related duties as assigned.
