General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
Professional Licensure and Certification Required:
N/A Must have valid driver's license Essential Functions Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
Run errands as needed for supplies--requires driving a motor vehicle.
Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
Adheres to the facility dress code.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
