As a key member of our administrative team, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Managing appointments and ensuring efficient scheduling Handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism Collaborating seamlessly with our team to create a positive patient experience Insurance verification & collecting payments for dental procedures The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills, a positive attitude, be coachable, as well as having the ability to thrive in both a team and an independent work environment.
Previous dental experience is not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate! Prior experience in sales or customer service is required.
